S\u00d8REN R\u00d8NHOLT <\/strong>\u2013 photography <\/p>\n

Saturday October 15th<\/sup> 2022 \u2013 from 11am to 3pm.<\/strong><\/p>\n

We are entering the autumn with a collaboration exhibition:<\/p>\n

Stine Leth <\/strong>(b.1979) and S\u00f8ren R\u00f8nholt<\/strong> (b.1969). They have been working on this exhibition for almost a year. Stine has created 17 knitted masks \u2013 some colourful and abstract, some sculptural and organic. S\u00f8ren is well-known for especially his photographic portraits of people. PERSONA is a challenge \u2013 an aesthetic dialogue and an investigation: What happens with the traditional portrait, when the person is wearing a knitted mask? How can you create a portrait without the face? How will the portrayed react? How will we viewers experience it when we are disable to use our normal decoding options? Will you be aware of distinct details \u2013 of presence? PERSONA creates certain psychological landscapes. Who is really the person behind the mask? <\/p>\n

Both artists will be present at the opening.  <\/p>\n

The exhibition is on view until November 5th<\/sup> 2022<\/strong><\/p>\n
